Dr Themis Michael FRACP – General and Developmental Paediatrician
Dr Themis Michael is a Consultant Paediatrician with extensive experience in both General and Developmental Paediatrics.
He is committed to supporting children, young people and their families to achieve their best possible medical and developmental outcomes.
Dr Michael has worked in private paediatric clinics both in Australia and abroad. He has also worked in tertiary developmental assessment services, including the Child Development Service (Royal North Shore Hospital). He is an accredited administrator for Griffiths III Developmental Scale.
Dr Michael is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and a member of the Neurodevelopmental and Behavioural Paediatric Society of Australasia (NBPSA) and The Australian ADHD Professionals Association (AADPA).
Dr Michael completed his undergraduate medical training in Germany at The University of Witten/Herdecke. Following years of paediatric practice in Germany (Gemeinschaftskrankenhaus Herdecke) he migrated to New Zealand before subsequently returning home to Australia in 2012.
