Cancellation Policy

Why we need this policy?

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise from time to time. However, we do request that you provide as much notice as possible.

Our staff and clinicians spend a significant amount of time to plan and prepare for scheduled appointments. Furthermore, your advance notice will allow our clinicians to help other children or families on our waitlist.

Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee will be charged for all no shows or cancellations without sufficient notice.

We require at least 2 FULL BUSINESS DAYS notice.

Any no shows or cancellations less than 2 FULL BUSINESS DAYS will incur a cancellation fee. Cancellation fee will be charged at 100% of the full-service fee.

It is crucial that you notify us of your cancellation at least 48 hours (over business days) prior to your appointment time, to avoid being charged the full-service fee.

Please be advised that appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy only. Not seeing or receiving appointment reminders will not be accepted as reason for no shows or providing insufficient cancellation notice.
