Why we need this policy?
We understand that unexpected circumstances arise from time to time. However, we do request that you provide as much notice as possible.
Our staff and clinicians spend a significant amount of time to plan and prepare for scheduled appointments. Furthermore, your advance notice will allow our clinicians to help other children or families on our waitlist.
Cancellation Fee
A cancellation fee will be charged for all no-shows or cancellations without sufficient notice.
We require the following notice period:
Initial appointments: Five (5) full business days
Review appointments: Two (2) full business days
Any no-shows or cancellations less than the required notice period will incur a cancellation fee. Cancellation fee will be charged at 100% of the full-service fee.
Please be advised that appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy only. Not seeing or receiving appointment reminders will not be accepted as reason for no shows or providing insufficient cancellation notice.
