As part of our commitment to providing high-quality care and managing clinician time effectively, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for certain appointments. We understand that circumstances may change; however, in line with our policy, these deposits are non-refundable.

- New patient consultations
- Assessments, including but not limited to:
- Joint Assessments
- Psychology Assessments
- Speech Pathology Assessments

Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure the appointment.
Purpose of Deposit
The deposit confirms the appointment and reserves dedicated clinical time and resources for your child’s care.
Non-Refundable Nature
Deposits will not be refunded in the event of cancellation, non-attendance, or requests to withdraw from the booking, regardless of the amount of notice provided.
